We raise Angus beef on the farm. Born on the ranch, our cattle enjoy a stress free life grazing in fields with a multigenerational breed herd. They are harvested when ready, processed on site and quick frozen to secure taste.
We have recently begun raising goat along side our cattle and offer goat processed on site. We have also partnered with ranchers raising pork and lambs. We can offer high quality meat of all varieties now processed on site.
We sell our meat to individuals, restaurants, butcher shops and stores. Grass fed and ranch raised. You can order a whole or half beef, or shop for individual cuts.
Our Road 39 Ranch Beef is a premium beef that is born on the farm from our registered black angus cattle herd.
Our beef live on the farm their entire life, grass grazing in pastures. Winter feed is supplemented with grass hay. Never grained.
They are processed on the farm in a USDA facility.
A quality life, selected for processing based on performance not simply weight (usually between 18 and 28 months).
No hormones. No feedlot. No grain.
We know and track every animal by number from birth through processing.

Several local neighbor ranches operate high quality farms. We are limited by land and water to less animals than we have customers for. We purchase cattle locally from these operations, process it and offer it for sale. Partnering with local farms allows us to supply more beef to our customers including grain finished beef. These beef are ranch raised, not feedlot animals, no hormones and processed in our facility.
The least expensive way to purchase beef is by the whole or half. But if you want only selected cuts we offer a variety of beef boxes discounted from the retail price per cut.

Road 39 Ranch recently added goats to the farm. Our goats graze the pastures and woodlands. Our goats are pasture raised and grass fed.
We offer goat by the cut and year round, but the most cost effective way is to reserve your goat in advance. Goats are a limited supply. Purchasing a whole goat allows you to get the cuts you want processed the way you want.
Goats can vary greatly in size. Our price for whole goat is $10/lb on the carcass weight. This includes processing and packaging.

Road 39 Ranch partners with local Colorado growers. We contract a number of pigs and process them on ranch in our USDA inspected facilties.
Pigs are a seasonal item. They are raised in batches and processed at the perfect weight (usually 250 to 270 lbs.) We process pigs usually starting in August through December. Each pig yields about 125 to 170 lbs. of wrapped cuts depending on size and bone in or boneless preference.
Because we contract a number of pigs we lock in price, but the supply is limited. We charge $8/lb. for wrapped cuts, and that includes processing, wrapping and sausage up to (25 lbs.). A typical pig at 250 lbs. will provide 125 lbs. of cuts and pricing is about $1000 total. (All sales are based on actual weights)

We will contact you ahead of time with a cut sheet so you can choose the cuts your family enjoys best.
