You can select the type of cuts and size of cuts to suite the needs of your family.

We have cattle and pigs ready for harvest. You get a whole or half beef, and a whole or half pig for the price of the cow alone.

Everyone likes variety and convenience, at least that is what our customers have told us. This offer gives you both Beef and Pork in your freezer. 

We target beef at 1200 lbs. and pigs at 300 lbs.  live weight at harvest. This will produce a hanging weight of about 750 lbs. on the beef, and about 200 lbs. on the pig.  Delivered cuts in wrappers depends on how you choose your cuts but will be about 450 lbs. on the beef and about 150 lbs. on the pig. You are charged only for the beef. (750 lb. HW x $8 /lb. = $6000 for a whole or $3000 for a half). This works out to about 600 lbs. of meat or on average $10 / lb. Steaks, Roasts, Ground Beef, Breakfast Sausage, Chops, Ribs and more.

Only you can decide if this offer is right for your family. Prices vary depending on where you buy your meat. Supermarkets, Big Box Stores, Discount Stores, Butcher Shops...We are a farm, that also processes our own meat in our own USDA inspected facility...on our farm.
