You can purchase a whole or half pig, Colorado raised, USDA inspected and processed on the farm for $5.00/lb based on the hanging weight.
Limited to the pigs we have , and are coming ready in September, October , November and December.
Reserve Your Pig
This offer allows you to reserve your pig and schedule the month you want to take delivery. You will process the order through our online web store. You can select the cuts, or let our butcher choose for you. Chops, steaks, roasts, ribs, sausage, ground pork, freshside.
Approximately $1000 for a whole and $500 for a half.
The target weight for harvest is 270 lbs but it can range from around 230 lbs to 320 lbs live weight. The hanging carcass will be around 160lbs to 200lbs. This is multiplied by the $5/lb HW special price. (So between $800 and $1000 typically) This buys the pig and the processing. You get your pig wrapped and frozen and packaged in new boxes.
