Harvest fee is $100. Standard processing includes, cutting, grinding and wrapping. All cuts wrapped in plastic film then wrapped in freezer paper. All quick frozen and placed in new boxes. The processing fee is based on the hanging weight of the carcass on the day of harvest. (Vacuum pack, sausage, and other services available for additional fees)
